On November 10th, 2007 a small group of TVCC paddlers were looking for water to paddle. The lack of rain meant that our planned trip to do the Upper South Tyne had to be post-poned. Instead we had fun on the Tees Barrage.

Lloyd (centre photo) is well experienced on the Barrage. For some of us it was only our first time. The club (via Lloyd) makes regular trips to the Barrage. The Teeside course is 350m long and hosts both national and international events as well as providing very good facilities for canoeists of all ages and abilities.
