Members of the club frequently visit the Ardnamurchan Peninsula in NW Scotland (West of Fort William). The area offers opportunities for a range of canoeing activities including sea kayaking and open boating in the sea lochs Loch Sunart and Loch Ailort and inland lochs, such as, Loch Sheil. A favourite trip is to visit the mountain bothy at Peanmenach on Loch Ailort and take in the nearby golden Singing Sands.
